These terms cover the Sudoku website at sudokuonline.app and the Sudoku Chrome extension. By using them, you agree to these terms. You can stop using the website or remove the extension at any time.
Using Sudoku
You may use Sudoku for personal enjoyment, subject to applicable law. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it to harm other users.
The website currently offers free browser puzzles in a harbor setting. Harbor restoration and the extension are in development. Later chapters and other unfinished features are not promises of future availability.
Content and ownership
Rights in the website, extension, artwork and branding remain with their respective owners. Playing the game does not transfer those rights. Open-source components retain their own licenses.
Progress and availability
The current puzzle is not saved across reloads. Harbor restoration is in development, and the public website does not save harbor victories. Clearing browser data removes the language preference and stored hint timestamp, along with any harbor progress from local development builds. We do not provide account-based backup or synchronization.
Features may change or be discontinued. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free puzzles or compatibility with every browser.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the current use of cookies, local storage and support correspondence. These terms do not replace any separate consent required for processing personal information.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sudoku is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and questions
Changes to these terms will appear here with a revised date. Further notice or agreement will be requested where required by law. Use the Contact page for questions.
